Sanitystyle.com Online Return Policy

Returns for a full refund are accepted on clothing that is unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached.

If a returned item does not meet the criteria for acceptable returns, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

*Online Returns are not accepted at Sanity's Chagrin Falls, Ohio location. In store purchases can only be returned for store credit. *

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, HANDBAGS AND APOTHECARY PRODUCTS.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

If return is sent without filling out return form or package is refused delivery a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Sanitystyle.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out the return form.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been processed. 

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Shipping

Free standard shipping to US and Canada. Flat rate of $15 dollars for international shipments.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering.
U.S Domestic orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. ( 2-3 Business Days ) A shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped.

International orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. ( 5-9 Business Days ) A shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped.
PLEASE NOTE - International orders may be subject to customs review. This process could take up to 30 days and is out of Sanitystyle.com's control.

*** USPS Delivery Confirmation number is not the same as a tracking number. They only update the system once the package is delivered.
